Have you started an Internet/Network Marketing Business and are feeling overwhelmed?? Don’t worry you are not alone! This is the biggest challenge to starting any venture. The Home-based business is at an all time high right now with literally 1000’s starting up in America everyday. The Internet/Network Marketing business model is the number one avenue that people are taking, and for good reason. There is usually low start-up cost, and relatively low overhead cost. You can work the business part-time or full-time and there is plenty of training out there for everyone, from the first-timer to the person with years of experience but still missing that one element from breaking into the big time.

All this training that is available, however, can be just as big of a curse as it is a gift. At any given moment you can do a search on the web for “Network Marking Training” and you will get dozens of pages of sites. How do you decipher through them all? Which are worth your time? Who are true gurus and who are the villains of the community? These are just some of the questions that may be swirling around in your head and they are all valid concerns.

I was once one of those people who was looking for help and throwing lots of money at every training program I could find. Well, I have to say, most of them were a waste. Give me a few minutes of your time and I will give you my suggestions, you can take it for what it is worth, but I just don’t want to see more people get discouraged and give up on what could be the best opportunity for them to change their lives and achieve the life that they dream of just because of lack of good information.

As I have said I have tried many different systems and nothing seemed to hit home until I heard of Attraction Marketing. This is really nothing new to the world of Sales or Entrepreneurship. I just never had anyone introduce it to me. After doing a lot of research on the subject I have come to learn that 2 of the most informed, and for lack of better terms, Gurus, on the subject are Ann Sieg and Mike Dillard. These to people and their systems have helped 1000’s of people achieve the lifestyles they only dreamed of before. Both teach on the premise of Attraction Marketing. Mike’s system, Magnetic Sponsoring and Ann’s system The Renegade System are two top notch self-funded marketing systems out there. They both have great products that will teach you everything from how to build your business on a tight budget all the way to how to write seriously compelling sales letters that can sale any product you want.

Now that I have told about the two best systems I believe are out there, let me tell you about the only drawback that I have found. These systems DO offer incredible information, however it can be very intimidating for the person you is really stepping out of their comfort zones. Without proper mentorship it can still be very daunting and somewhat confusing. Like it will teach you how to attract leads, but, then what do you do with those leads. How do you convert these leads into YOUR Team Members?

In come Renegade University and Renegade Professional! These two products have been brought to us by Mike Klingler in conjunction with both Ann and Mike, as well as many other professionals in the industry. Mike has taken these two systems and broke them down into laymen terms where even the most novice individual can understand. They are computer based classes with some very informative tele-seminars mixed in, to provide some of the most comprehensive training on how to run a successful Internet/Network Marketing business, using today’s most innovative techniques, such as using Social Media and Articles and video to promote your business that I have ever seen.

These are people who have been in this industry for years and paid more than their fair share of dues. In my opinion they are fine examples of what this business was meant for. People helping other people become successful and live the dream of Financial Independence! Click on one of the links above and check out their products. Starting A Home Business – The Correct Mindset

If you set out on any endeavor in your life without the proper mindset, you can almost count on failure. Running a Home Business is no exception to the rule. This is why when I am asked what the number one habit is needed for Home Business Success is I tell the person, it’s personal development. What I mean by that is every person should commit at least an hour a day to some type of personal development work. I am a true believer that if a person believes they CAN do something they can accomplish anything. There are many factors in a persons life that can serve as roadblocks to success. One of the biggest, or maybe I should say 7 of the biggest are negative emotions. These negative emotions that anyone who want to be successful should work diligently to rid themselves are, Fear, Jealousy, Hatred, Revenge, Greed, Superstition, and Anger. These 7 emotions are major roadblocks that will no doubt halt anyone’s progress to success. In upcoming blogs we will discuss each one of these emotions and the ways they affect progress.

Here is a great source for personal development that I have found very useful and it’s really great for the person who lives that busy lifestyle who thinks they can’t find time to slow down. This is a course by Bob Proctor and it only take 6 Minutes a Day. It’s called “Six Minutes to Success”

Home Based Business- Is It For Me?

Does the recent economy downturn have you worried about your future? Are you scared that tomorrow you may be next in the ever-increasing corporate lay-off trend? Do you want to take control of your future and your life? If these questions apply to you then starting a Home-Based Business may be your answer.

Some advantages of starting a business from home are:
1. More time with the family!
2. You are the boss, no one can fire you!
3. You earn what you are WORTH!
4. No long commutes back and forth from the office!

These are just a few. There are so many more depending on the things you value from your life. I know that when I started working from home and I left the stress inducing life of the corporate world I was a much better person to be around. No office politics to worry about and no more worrying that a restructure was on the way. I didn’t have to try and schedule vacation time around others just to make sure work was covered, I could take it when I wanted to.

100’s and 1000’s of people in America are making the move and starting businesses from home. Whether it is full-time or just doing it part-time to earn extra cash, it is rapidly becoming the norm. You may be saying to yourself, I can’t afford to start-up a business or I don’t have time for that. Well that is where you are wrong. Home-Based businesses, especially a Network Marketing business, can be started for very little. There is no such thing as not enough time, you work the business when you want. It all depends on your goals and what you want out of the business. Another opposition the skeptics use is, “People don’t really make money in Network Marketing”. Well that couldn’t be farther from the truth. You can make as little or as much as you want, depending on the effort you put into it. People today are making in the ranges of $100 to $15,000 and month and sometimes more. Again, it’s all up to you.

A quote from a famous businessman and author, Robert Kiyosaki, from his book “The Business School for People Who Like Helping People”. He writes;

“A Network Marketing Business is a new and revolutionary way to achieve wealth”

In closing, I would like to say this. Network Marketing is not for everyone. If you have a burning desire to take control of your life and secure your own future, then this is for you. If you are self-motivated, determined and thrive for financial independence then this business is for you.

Stay Focused and Hit Your Target

If you want to hit your target, no matter what you are doing, you have to be able to see your target and stay focused on that target. This is especially true in business. Everywhere you turn today someone is trying to sell you the “Newest” and “Greatest” system or trying to say they have a better way of doing something. It is very easy to get distracted and pulled in so many different directions that you lose focus on your initial objective or goal. This has happened to me and it happens to a lot of people starting up a home business or trying to find the best way to market their business.
When you find and decide you want to try a system, go into it with the mindset that you are going to learn as much about “THAT” system and apply everything you learn to your business. Once you have done your work and applied the system, do an evaluation and determine if it accomplished your goal or hit your target.
Here is the best analogy I can think of right now. I am an avid Archer and Bowhunter, I can go out to the local outdoorsman store or search the web for days and buy all the new fangled devices that advertise it will make me shoot better, but if I don’t learn to use the product correctly I will never hit my target. Then once I have learned the product and how to use it correctly, I still have to apply the basics to my shot. I can pull the bow back, see my target and release, but if I do not follow-though properly the arrow will fly off target. This is where most people FAIL. They purchase a system, they take the time to learn it and then they shoot just expecting it to automatically work. They forget the basics and they don’t follow-through. They miss their intended target and then blame the new system.
Don’t get lost in all the hype and waste money on every new product that is dangled in front of you. Do research, find a product that fits your needs, learn how the product works and apply the product. Finally follow-through with what you started. Once you have done all these steps, only then can you make a solid judgment on whether to continue with what is working or to move on and try something new. Otherwise, you will always be adding new pieces and spending lots of money, never hitting your target.
